The Xabatin Community Park in Lakeport Ca was filmed, edited & produced by HD Video Creations. www.hdvideocreations.com In April 2020 the City of Lakeport was awarded a $5.9 million grant funded by the 2018 State of California Parks and Water Bond (Prop 68) for the development of a new community park along the lakefront at 800 and 810 North Main Street (Natural High Property).
In addition to funding for the acquisition of the approximately 7 acre proposed park lands, the awarded grant provides funding for the following amenities chosen through an extensive public outreach process. Promenade Lake Front Path Basketball Court Ninja Gym Amphitheater Splash Pad Skate Park Multi-Use Lawn Area Large Sheltered Picnic Area Bathroom / Concession Building Public Art Landscaping and Lighting throughout Park Dedicated Area for Future Boathouse
